RELICENSING
PROCESS/ISSUE DEVELOPMENT

Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting was held to discuss the Land Rebalancing Proposal by SCE&G for the remaining SCE&G owned future development properties
All RCG's Meeting - This meeting was held to discuss the Hydraulic Operations Model with all of the stakeholder groups involved in the relicensing. There was also discussion on the proposed guide curve and low inflow protocol for the Project.
Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting included a brief update on the relicensing process by Alan Stuart and Alison Guth. Ron Ahle of SCDNR presented the group with information on the
parasitic copepods that are affecting striped bass. Gerrit Jobsis and Vicki Taylor also gave a presentation on Integrating Ecologically Sustainable Water Management into the Saluda Relicensing.
Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting included a brief update on the relicensing process by Alan Stuart and a presentation by Jim Ruane of Reservoir Environmental Mgt., Inc. Jim Ruane spoke on the water quality issues they have modeled on Lake Murray and some concerns that he has regarding the reservoir's water quality.
Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting included a presentation describing the forthcoming Draft License Application. Alan Stuart also provided the group with an overview of the drought situation affecting the southeast.
Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting provided stakeholders with an update on the Land Rebalancing Process of the Lake and Land Management TWC, The Boat Density Study, The Flow Release Study, and the IFIM Study.
Quarterly Public Meeting - This meeting will provide a description of the results of the Lake Murray and Lower Saluda River Recreation Assessment. There will also be a brief update on upcoming studies.

Public Meeting - This meeting provided a brief update
to the group on the progress of the RCG and TWC groups, as
well as what to expect in 2007.

Public Meeting - The
focus of this meeting was to review the Operations Model developed
for Saluda, provide a brief overview of hydrology, and present
SCE&G's analysis of alternative generation.
Quarterly
Public Meeting - During
this meeting we were joined by the FERC representative assigned
to the Saluda Hydro Project, Allan Creamer. He helped to answer
some of the groups questions related to relicensing issues.
Joint
Agency Public Meetings These
meetings served as the formal kick-off of the relicensing
consultation process. This meeting included a discussion of
Project issues and a lunchtime "virtual tour" of the Project.
Public Issue Workshops
Workshops were held in Newberry, Saluda, and Lexington/Richland
counties to identify public concerns and issues.
